The annual dues for the Homeowners’ Association are $180 per lot.  Dues for year 2010 are due no later than January 1, 2010. Note that dues can no longer be paid semiannually or monthly. You should have received a statement from Management Services dated 11/30/09.

There is a late fee of $15.00 per month for dues which are not paid by January 31, 2010.
